Terms of service and boundaries

Boundaries

IMPORTANT!
Let me first tell my boundaries about what I can do and won't do before you commission me.I do:
✦ Humanoid characters
✦ OC, Fandom OC, Canon
✦ Ships (OCxCanon, OCxOC, etc. within reason)
✦ Gore, mild NSFW
✦ FanartI won't do:
✦ Animals (learning though), mech
✦ Proshipping, disgusting topics and themes that I'm not comfortable with and other problematic topics

Terms of service

✦ I will only accept commissions from people who are +18, especially when it comes to NSFW art.✦ I have the right to refuse a commission if it's crossing some boundaries or in other way making me as an artist uncomfortable.✦ I accept payments through Paypal mainly but we can figure out if there's other methods as well.
So far CashApp and Venmo won't work as they're not available in Finland.✦ Full payment has to be done before I start on the commission.
Only exception is with Live2D art and models!✦ Refund is ONLY available BEFORE I send the sketch!✦ I will be sending a sketch of the commission for any possible changes so please be prepared to get a message from me. I want to make it's as perfect as possible and to your liking.✦ I allow changes to the sketch as many times as necessary, when I start doing colors I'll allow 3 changes before charging more.✦ It is required to send me some possible art/reference sheet of your chosen character IF OC or Fandom OC.
If you don't have any then please describe your character in detail with some pictures of clothes, items, styles, etc. If it's for a new character design there can be as many changes as needed.✦ The time when I'll be sending the finished product might change depending my own private life situations and on our communication so don't hold me to it and wait patiently as it can take possibly 1-3 weeks or even in the worst days a month but it is allowed and encouraged to shoot me a message if you want to check up on the process or how I'm doing with private life.✦ When you do message me I'd love to hear your favorite drink to confirm that you've read the boundaries and Terms of service.

ART

Art pieces

All pieces will be mostly cel shaded.
Pricing may change depending on the type of background.Base pricing with one character:
60 € up to 90 €
Headshots & half-bodies:
20 € up to 50 €Up to 4 characters can be added (in total 5) with a +60 % increase on the base price per one character.Example:
80 € + 2 extra characters
80 € x 0,60 = 48 €
80 € + 48 € x 2 = 176 €
Total cost: 176 €

Bigger pieces

All pieces will be fully rendered.
Pricing may change from how detailed the piece will be from characters to backgrounds.Base pricing with one character:
80 € up to 120 €Up to 3 characters can be added (in total 4) with a +75 % increase on the base price per one character.Example:
120 € + 2 extra characters
120 € x 0,75 = 90 €
120 € + 90 € x 2 = 300 €
Total cost: 300 €

Chibis & emojis

Chibis can be done for art, PNGTuber or emoji purposes as the client wishes.Chibi art pieces:
20 € + 50 % increase per extra character
PNGTubing:
30 € (includes active and silent)
Emojis:
10 € per 1 emoji or 40 € per 5 emojis

Reference sheet

Prices of these can wary much on what kind of reference sheet you're looking for but here is a look at what the prices could be.Simple - 40 €
- One drawing of a characterBasic - 80 €
- Two drawings of a character (front and back or two versions of a character from front)
- Close up of the faceDetailed - 120 €
- For more than 2 drawings of a character
- Close up of the face
- Close up of little details (Hands, accessories, marks, etc.)

PNG model

Bust PNG - 20/30 €
Half body PNG - 30/50 €
Full body PNG - 40/70 €- All of the PNGs will have what I call
"Mouth closed" and
"Mouth open".
- You can tell me if you want hands in different poses, or tilt the head a bit or some specific expression for both.
- Price can vary and change depending on how detailed and different the "Mouth closed" and "Mouth open" are.
